Each of us have the choice to be either swept up in the chaos  OR we can become more resilient for our own well-being.

This live interactive 90 minute class is giving you practical ways to build your own inner strength, spirituality and resilience.

Class is on Zoom. You can choose to be on camera or not.

You will receive an email for the Zoom link a day or two prior to the class. 

A recording will be available for 48 hours after if you can't make it live. Refunds are only given in the case the class is cancelled.
