This live interactive 90 minute class will give you practical ways to enhance your own inner strength, spirituality, resilience and help you thrive.

Class is on Zoom. You can choose to be on camera or not.

You will receive an email for the Zoom link a day or two prior to the class. 

A recording will be available for 48 hours after if you can't make it live. Refunds are only given in the case the class is cancelled.
