Pro Tip: Plan ahead to next year and set a reminder to check the State Fair's website before the fair begins. For the last couple of years it has designated a specific day and timeframe where the lights and sounds are lowered in both the Mighty Midway and the Kidway. Making it an overall calmer experience.
