About Tara
Introducing the founder of Courageously Living.
Tara has experienced significant periods of caregiving and loss throughout her life. Which has given her a profound understanding and empathy towards individuals facing similar situations.
With 19 years of experience working in various corporate HR and HRIT roles, as both an employee and a consultant, Tara has merged her analytical expertise with her extensive knowledge of personal development and well-being to create tangible products for often intangible events.

Tara has always been a dog person. She currently shares her home with 2 amazing German Shepherds, Abby and Lyla.

Courageously Living is proud to announce we have started to build our 1% Pledge program. Currently we are pledging 1% of our profit to CaringBridge. In the coming months we are planning on formalizing and expanding our pledge program.
