Spot: The Met Cloisters

 

 

Overview of spot:  The Met Cloisters are part of the Metropolitan Museum of Art (The Met) and feature European Medieval art and architecture. The Cloisters are located within Fort Tryon Park and there is a fee to enter the museum.

Cost: $$$ (New York State Residents can choose to pay-what-you-wish)

Reservations: No Reservation required; advanced tickets can be purchased on line

Terrain: Rough and smooth interior flooring. The Met specifically state it is not wheelchair or stroller friendly due to the historic classification of the building.
