Logistics:

Within 24 hours of you paying for your session Tara will manually send you a link to book your Zoom session and additional instructions. Tara Wilken LLC will appear on your statement and email comes from @tarawilken.com

All Sessions are conducted over Zoom.

If you are new client please complete the pre-session questionnaire.

What are the logistics of booking a session?

After you pay for your session(s), you will get a link to schedule your session on Tara's Calendar.

Please note: Getting you the calendar link is a manual process. Please allow up to 24 hours to hear from Tara.

All sessions are over Zoom.

Are these sessions confidential?

Tara makes every attempt to keep these session private and confidential.

Please be aware of your own surroundings when our Zoom session takes place.

Will the session be recorded?

You can ask at the beginning of the session to have it recorded if you would like.

Do Pre-Bought Sessions Expire?

Sessions do not expire.

What is your cancellation policy?

30 or 90 Minute Sessions Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel or reschedule a Session up to one hour before our scheduled time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than one hour remaining, our rescheduled session will be shortened by 15 minutes, while the full session fee will still apply.


15 Minute Session Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel or reschedule a Session up to one hour before our scheduled time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than one hour remaining, our rescheduled session will be shortened by 5 minutes, while the full session fee will still apply.


All Private Sessions Cancellation Policy Continued

No-show sessions will be considered as my session, resulting in the loss of the payment for that session.

Accumulating two no-show sessions will disqualify you from working privately with Tara, and you will forfeit any prepaid sessions.

What is your Refund Policy?

There are no refunds for Sessions with Tara.

Pre-paid session never expire.

Why does it say shipping will be calculated at checkout?

That is the default from Shopify. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to turn that off. You won't be charged shipping at checkout.

All new clients are required to fill out an intake form to work with Tara. You may view and fill out the the form before you purchase sessions. However you won't received the calendar link until after you purchase your session(s). Note: The calendar process is manual so it might take up to 24 hours to receive the link to book with Tara.
