I love October. It’s Fall, its almost time for Halloween and it’s my Birthday month!

For years, I have written myself love letters, about what I accomplished and what I hope I accomplish in the near future. I actually write them a few times a year, but sometimes they fall on my Birthday and then they are extra special.

Writing yourself a love letter is a great way to remind yourself of all the amazing you have done. We so often focus on what we did wrong or what we still want to do, we forget to take the time to celebration our accomplishments.

My love letters have helped me so much over the years, I love handwriting them on pretty paper, with fun pens but you could type it to.
