Caregiving and grieving can be incredibly difficult, and some days can just be tough without any specific reason. Joy, the toy otter, can help brighten your day. You can find her hiding primarily on the Courageously LinkedIn Page.

But she has her very own section here on our website too, incase you want to breathe for a moment, find a few Joys and see some of her antics.

Why Joy means a lot to Courageously Living

Our founder Tara, started taking pictures of Joy, the toy otter during Covid. She continued taking pictures of Joy, while caregiving for her Mom. It was a way for Tara to step away for a few hours at time. She hopes you find a bit of joy, while trying to find Joy in the pictures. She know how scarce joy can become especially when your life is in upheaval.
